What is IRREVO?
IRREVO is a secure web-based application (on demand) which enables small to enterprise companies to manage and report on their content review and approval processes.

What purpose does it serve in a company?
IRREVO fills the gap between a company’s content creation tools and content management system(s). IRREVO is the ONLY solution that provides the ability to manage and thoroughly record review and approval standards.

What are some of the existing gaps it might fill? What questions will IRREVO enable you to answer?
  • Content review times: How long are reviews taking? How much money are content reviews costing?
  • Quality criteria management: What criteria were used when evaluating content a day, week, or year ago? Does this content meet your current standards? What specific things are certain individuals considering when performing reviews?

Would it take the place of any of your current processes or tools?
IRREVO would not necessarily take the place of any of your existing tools, it would augment your current processes and applications. Content would still be created by the same person using the same tools. The content would still be developed and deployed/published using the same tools and methods. IRREVO simply bridges the gap between the creation and the publishing.

What is involved is a paradigm shift?
Instead of pushing the content around using a tool or process, you would be using a tool that pushes the process around the content.

For example, maybe your current process involves the author creating content, then e-mailing it to a reviewer, who e-mails it to a developer, who e-mails the publication notification back to the publisher, who e-mails the notification back to the author. With each step the content is sent along with the workflow and a new instance of that content is saved in individual mailboxes on the server.

With IRREVO, the content remains in the same location that the author places it when it is ready for review. All that is passed between each of the users is a notification showing where the content is and what they need to do with it. So the workflow works around the content instead of the content being attached to the workflow.

IRREVO makes the need for content versioning redundant because it answers the very questions one would seek when researching a content related issue:


What if I just want to do a single review on one page of content?
Though IRREVO does offer a built-in workflow management process, its primary function is that of a checklist management and content evaluation tool. A user can choose to directly review any content they would like without having to push it through a rigid workflow.

What types of services do you offer?
IRREVO offers both a hosted and packaged version. You may choose to run IRREVO via the Internet or to host it on your own servers. Either way, StreamLine Technology, LLC has a solution that is right for your business.
